Another Easy Week

I managed another 4.9 mile run yesterday. The weather was perfect for this time of year, but I really was dragging - and for no good reason. I ended up covering the miles in ~42:30 (not certain since I forgot to start timing until 3-4 minutes in) - pace was probably about 8:40-8:50 - much slower than earlier in the week.
