My Weight

I really beefed-up over the holidays - so I've been watching the calories and have this nice plot after 6 full weeks.  The goal was about 1/2 lb./week - but I think with regular exercise - I'm actually a little ahead of that.  Graph using R/ggplot::

Well, pasting R into blogger doesn't seem to translate well - probably the html.  I can probably make it more pretty.  May update this post...
