Dumb Resolutions

I had earlier resolved to try and run every day this month (Jan).  Went out yesterday for a slow/slippery - fairly dangerous - 1.5 miles.  I'm now thinking that maybe January in New England isn't the best time to try and run *every* day.  Of course, This is about to happen as well.  So - changing course - I did a 21 minutes strength workout: 5 pushups, 30-seconds back/superman-thing, 30-seconds balence on each leg, and then 10 side-leg-lifts: 6x (+ 5 more pushups).  Goals was to strengthen the ol-itb.  I may try and go out for another short jog tomorrow depending on conditions.
