Late Fall Post.
Happy Holidays! I went into a bit of a funk after missing out on my planned half. It was a great fall regardless - but very busy. Have managed to run 10-14 miles most weeks until these last two. I'm thinking of trying to start swimming in the new year, and maybe try to run every day for the first month - kind of a stupid goal - but my hope is to get back into shape for the feb/march training season with some solid base and swimming is always good. Will the blog comeback? I don't really know - it may have run it's course...
