Tuttbola week and recovery

Got the first fall plague of the season two weeks ago.  Only did one run that Monday.  Last week I managed three runs including my scheduled 10 miler, but didn't manage anything intense.  This week started with a little strength training and continued with a 4x1200 set yesterday.  The first two intervals didn't feel horrible, but the last two felt progressively bad.  Next two weeks will be key.  Hopefully I get my legs back.
