Run/Swim.
      Today I did my first run/swim in awhile - a shortened 10 minute swim due to swells and timing.  Still about 4.5 eq. miles (1.7 swim + 2.8 run).  This is shaping into a great week for total mileage: 4.5, 3.8, 5.5, 4.5 ~ 18 so far - with a 9+ miler tomorrow.  YeeHaw.
