Tempo #3

Today I needed to do a MP run for 6 miles.  I decided to run up the minuteman until 3.5, and come back down for 2.5 - before walking/cooling down up-hill.  It was about 95% humidity, so I really didn't want to add the hill work at the end - and try to maintain pace - seemed like overkill.  The only downside, is that it is a net downhill overall.  The splits: 7:48, 7:43, 7:58, 7:50, 7:34, 7:46.  7:47 overall.  Tomorrow I need to do 4 easy before heading out on my neighbors boat.
