And we are live!

Marathon training started yesterday.  I did my first run in 18 days yesterday - 5k consisting of two hilly laps around my hood.   I did this at an amazing 9:38 pace.  This morning I did the same course in 8:26.  I hope to do two easy runs every weekend - and will try to keep at least one of them hilly and short.  Tomorrow I need to do my intro "long" run which will be 6 slow miles in the morning.  Wednesday morning will be my hot intro two intervals, and Friday will be my first 7:45 mp goal tempo.  It doesn't sound two bad, but the heat has me a bit worried.
