Knee feeling better

So I spent last week waking up early and doing 'strength' workouts in my basement.  It kinda sucks getting up extra early - but in a weird way - I kinda like it.  I ended up with over 2.5 hours of strength workout - to go with no running.  This week I started with an hour of strength workout and did a 3.3 mile run today to test out my knee.  Felt ok - easy run - but no pain now.

Coming down hard

So last Friday I tweaked my knee riding my bike - so now I need to do some rest and ice until it gets better.  Sucks - but at least it waited until after my race.  I did run Sunday (6.2 miles) and yesterday (3.something - before shutting it down) - but I think it needs some rest.

Home life is driving me nuts.  So much work - kids absolutely driving me insane.  And I really hate this stupid dog.  I suppose I'm in a bad place mentally right now.
